Academic advising is available to all matriculated students. The academic advisor helps students register for courses and approves all registration decisions, including course add/drop changes and withdrawals. The advisor assists students in identifying academic and personal resources on campus, and helps students select and choose various program options. Advisors may help students with decisions about career goals or further education. The more clearly students define and communicate their own goals, the more productive the student/advisor relationship.
