Here is your chance to earn college credit that will also count toward your high school requirements! Speak with your guidance counselor about enrolling in the North Country Early College Pilot Program at WMCC.
Successful completion of the course means you will have college credit to use at WMCC or to transfer to another four-year institution. Upon approval by your high school, the course can also be counted toward your high school requirements. Students may be allowed release time from high school to attend the course at WMCC (or one of our academic centers in Littleton, Woodsville or Conway.)
Courses available for enrollment in the North Country Early College Pilot Program include the following:| Accounting I | College Composition |

Fifteen (15) students from North Country High Schools will be chosen for the pilot program. Seats will be given to students with suitable academic backgrounds and those who exhibit the maturity level to deal with adult situations.
Early College courses are available for one-half the cost of the course, plus the books for 15 North Country High School students only.
Classes begin in the fall.
Application to the North Country Early College Pilot Program should be discussed in the spring with your guidance counselor. Selection is limited.
